The primary goal of the SIG-KM (Special Interest Group on Knowledge Management) symposium is to encourage and empower researchers in the field of knowledge management. Additionally, to showcase the works of scholars and practitioners researching the knowledge management field. Through this symposium researchers can network and present their research to others in the field. This would help the participants to receive feedback on their work before submitting their research to peer-reviewed publications. Additionally, participants can find research collaborators. These events open doors to new work opportunities and new connections. As this symposium aims to promote communication and collaboration in the KM field, we have decided to make this KM-Symposium free to all participants, allowing them to present their research without worrying about how they will pay symposium registration fees.
